Really useful T&O content, acts as an easy quick reference point for on calls
Sadly I have spilt coffee all over and can no longer read the pages, is there any chance for another copy (I know this is a little cheeky!)

Covers the basics of on call
Its has some essential infos about on call that other ortho books dont have. Not heavy on details but has all the basic steps to effectively deal with t&O oncalls. Also have handy info on consenting patients. Great buy for anyone starting in t&O.

Not bad
This is a good basics guide for anyone from junior SHO to junior SpR. The writing is a bit rushed in places and the proof-reading leaves a little to be desired with missing and incorrect words popping up quite regularly. Would recommend nonetheless.

The essential book for all junior doctors in T&O!
This is a fantastic book for any junior doctor interested in Trauma & Orthopaedics, it is incredibly useful for reading during a placement on T&O. This book is exactly what we all look for - it is quick and easy to read with all the essential information as well as top tips from experienced orthopods, and it is very reasonably priced. It not only covers all the important clinical presentations, but also the practicalities of working in a trauma department. I think if I had this book during my FY2 placement on T&O, my on-calls would have been hugely more satisfying in terms of learning, but even now as a CT2 I found this book excellent to ensure I had covered all the essentials to ensure my clinical knowledge and practice is the best it can be. I also used this book to revise for the ST3 interviews this year and I ranked in the top 10% of candidates nationally. I would have no hesitation in recommending this book to my peers, I have already bought two copies as gifts for my junior colleagues who are going for their interviews next year.
