Works well and is comfortable
I have a plate in my neck and need to keep my neck straight while sleeping. Without the cervical collar, I sometimes sleep with my head bent forward and awaken with a sore neck. The collar is comfortable, fits well, and helps me sleep properly. The center notch helps me line up the collar perfectly. I purchased another brand locally which is harder to close since the velcro closure is under the collar rather than on the outside. I'm happy with the purchase.

Really comfy when you set your head over it
My husband always complaint of tiredness/ heaviness of his head. Throughout the day, he likes to tilt his head to the right side. That’s why I try to buy a soft foam for his heck. He’s happy and satisfy at this time. Since it makes him feel better and he doesn’t complain about his neck now.

Great comfort
I really like the color. So easy to keep clean and looks nicer than the beige ones from the medical supply store. Less expensive, too. I need these to help with stability in my head & neck after brain & neck surgery. I can finally sleep with the comfort and stability this cervical collar gives me. I liked it so much, I ordered two.

Check measurements
What I measured at home and ordered appropriately for did not arrive as such. I measured 13" around my neck and 3.5" tall so per the guidelines I ordered a medium so it wouldn't be too tight. The instructions have measurements and don't reflect the same as what is online. So I actually ended up with what I'd consider large with 15+" long and 4" tall. And it's too big for me.The positive here is that the case is soft and the foam is sturdy to give good support...
