Kit had everything needed, easy to install there are plenty YouTube videos to give you the 411 on installing the screen. Screen and phone did some funky things after installing it. It went blank for a bit and had to hard restart it a few times to get the screen to work, which kind of panicked me. Then the screen started flickering. But this was due to Android doing things in my opinion. After looking at several web pages on these problems, I changed the auto brightness to off and restarted again, then put the brightness on full and then to dim a few times. I also put night mode on and back to day mode a few times. That fixed the flickering issue. It's day 2 now and all is good. I have also returned it to auto brightness and it's now working perfectly normal.

Es una de las mejores (si no es que la mejor) pantallas de reemplazo para el ph-1. Trae todas las herramientas necesarias para la instalación, es fácil de cambiar y el brillo y contraste esta al nivel del original. El problema es que es demasiado frágil, no tiene protección gorila glass y eso ocasiona que debas de tener un mayor cuidado. Se me estrello de una orilla a los dos días, solo por traerlo en la mochila.

This was so easy to install. I replaced 3 screens in one evening. I had a bit of trouble with one, but I just pulled it apart again and reseated it. Just make sure to do a hard reset if screen does not come on right away.

Works ok, but the bottom row doesn’t have full pixels, and the backing isn’t black like the original, but I found the gasket for the selfie camera so the halo on the selfie camera was my fault.

I loved everything about this replacement kit. It all worked great until I turned on the phone and I saw that there was a dark spot in the top left corner. I thought it might have been the screen protector so I took it off and the spot was still there. It doesn't look like any pixels are dead. It just looks like a bubble letter capital P dark spot.

I couldn't get the LCD to light up. I ordered a second one, same story. I even took it to a technician who could understand why it wouldn't light up when the the original, cracked LCD still lit up.It's hard to fathom the problem. Anyway, I returned the second one too.Not sure if anyone else experienced this.

My Essential was dropped on the highway at 85mph and then run over by a van. I assumed the worst, but this screen took me about ten minutes to install and looks and functions flawlessly. Though it wasn't advertised, the kit also included a bottle of adhesive.
