Ok, this stuff tastes disgusting. It is a good product though if you can handle the taste. This is a dry version, not the frozen product you can buy at health stores/a specialized grocery store. I prefer the frozen stuff but it's much harder to use, the bottle is large and I can't use it in the recommended time frame so I have to defrost some, put it back, etc... This is a pain. It helps with my energy, the first time I took it I felt a little buzzed (not alcoholic buzz) just like a jolt of energy but that was only the first time and it wasn't caffeine or anything, just the vitamins. I take it at my therapists suggestion for anxiety and I'm not sure how much it helps really. I'm giving it time. I have to figure a way to take this though.

Love AFA E3Live! It's pricy. However, it works. I took E3 AFA for a few months and felt great. Had tons of energy, even mid-afternoon. So one day I discontinued it thinking I didn't need E3 Live anymore. And I wasn't keen on the cost. A week or two (or three) later, I noticed I was sluggish and had to take afternoon naps. My exhaustion was getting pretty bad. Then it hit me~ E3 Live! So I started taking 2-4 pills a day. And now my energy is back... no naps! Thank the Lord!
