First of all you need a size chart for these things.However was the most complicated uncomfortable item to put on and off. I returned it and found something else which is working fine.

I really like this brace. I sprain my ankle really bad and this helped alot.

Got it for my 9 year old nephew. He was able to play soccer with a sprained ankle.

I liked that my foot was totally supported. The brace was comfortable, yet hard to get into my favorite sneakers.

It’s supportive and bulky. Says that it will fit in your shoe and it does not do that comfortably. Wear a size 8w women’s and needed the largest size they make. I sent it back in and used Kenetic tape instead.
