These butterflies look even better in person. When see them light up -- they are gorgeous. There is a tiny sparkling border of light surrounding the wings, and then the wings begin to slowly change from one color to the next. Just when you think it couldn't get any prettier, it changes to a new color more intense than the last. They need to be placed somewhere close to the house so they can be appreciated up close. My granddaughter and I are thrilled with them. I didn't want the pole to light up so I covered it with black duct tape. It works.

They are pretty

I bought this for a birthday present and there are no instructions; but the pieces don't fit together at all! So we can't even get to the point of testing them. Extremely disappointed and embarrassing gift.

oh my. These are so different than most solar lights. I love how the post lights up as well. The butterflies look super nice and lifelike during the day as well. Very pleased.
