Hampshire Arbour with Storage Box - FSC Certified Pressure Treated Wood

The product itself is good but we were sent the wrong size roof panels (too small) and had real difficulty getting new ones - Amazon told us we had to dismantle the whole structure and return it. We were eventually sent new panels - this time they were too big. We made do! But this means that the front panels don't fit. We were also missing the ridge capping on initial order but that was resent.

It will require two people to assemble. It looks good when done . It has one disappointing feature and that is the hinges on the box __ they are steel and already rusting !! This unit is for use outside exposed to the weather so this is not very clever.

Was initially sceptical that the structure would hold together with the number of screws supplied but was pleasantly surprised to find it had been well thought out & became a strong rigid construction at the end.Our only issue has been with it blowing over during the recent storms ...thankfully it was undamaged but a well placed discreet support at the rear has hopefully eliminated that issue from recurring.

Good value for money only two minor complaints1)the front panel lid of seat flimsy needs more positive support.2) Lid hingers allso flimsy needs longer hingersLid also needs to be held in a fixed position when open. Lid is very heavy could be dangerous for children and awkward for women of small statue.

Very well made, floor to seat height a little high for some.

Easy to follow instructions and no difficulty in assembly.
