These things are great - exactly what I needed and for a very reasonable price. They work great with my Phoenix Contact crimp tool.

Simple way to terminate the cables cleanly and terminate them into the Buchanan connectors.

I use these in my light controllers for securing the wires in phoenix connectors. Prior to finding these ferrules, I used to have problems with the loose wires making poor connections. Using these ferrules to protect the wires provides a secure connection when inserted into the phoenix connector. The fact that they are available in different colors makes wire identification very easy. I highly recommend using this product.

Just make sure the connector you want to use it with will accept a larger gauge.

These ferrules are reasonably priced and are a good, consistent quality. They are the right size and crimp very well. I will purchase them again when I run out.

Use them on 22awg for my high power rocket avionics bay connections. I first solder wires then use thin shrink tube to cover connection. I find this works much better than crimping. Will purchase again. Would have given 5 stars but arrived 2 days late.
