Better than kitchen aid!
This is the pasta roller my family used growing up and theirs is upwards of 50+ years old and has never had an issue working. No rust. Wheels turn beautifully. The finish never wears off. It's easy to plop onto the counter, secure it with the mount and get to rolling out some pasta!! I bought one for my MIL after her cheaply made one decided to quit working. And it is exactly the same as the 50+ year old one! The price is insanely good for something that last so long and works so well! By far the best investment I have made and will continue to make for years and years to come! And the only pasta roller I will ever recommend to anyone! It surpassed kitchen aid in its ability to roll with ease!!

Molto bella
This machine is great. High quality. Easy to use, easy cleanup. What a difference in fresh pasta. I use the Caputo 00 flour to make my pasta. Fresh pasta cooks faster. I purchased the drying rack. You can store the dried pasta and I have have frozen it as well. So good.

Crank stuck in slot
Seems well made. The first time I used it, I flattened/thinned a portion of the dough, then moved the crank to cut the fettuccine. Moved the crank back to the flat roller, and the crank got stuck in the slot for the flat roller. Although it still turned the flat roller, I couldn't remove the crank to another slot in order to cut the dough. I spent 45 frustrating minutes trying to release it without success, and finally gave up and cut by hand to finish. I immediately set it up for return. My husband spent another 1/2 hour on it, and was finally able to get the crank out. Not sure how, just back and forth wiggling and shaking the darn thing and it suddenly and easily released as it should. There's nothing on the crank to understand why it was stuck, nor did anything come from the slot. We "experimented" repeatedly putting crank back in and out of all slots and it's hasn't stuck again. I made noodles last evening and the unit worked perfectly. I'll try a few more times over the next couple weeks. If it gets stuck again I'll return and update the review. Had it not been for the crank getting stuck temporarily, I would have given 5 stars. If it gets stuck again, it'll get 1 star.

High quality easy to use
High quality product that does exactly what it says it will. The build is nice and solid and feels like good quality materials that won't break on you. The only small downside to me is the plastic handle feels a tad cheap but other than that its great. Rolls out pasta so easily and its always perfectly even. I like that you can get different attachments to use with this model for different pasta shapes.

Only half usable
Have used it regularly for months. Yeah it works okay. Rolls out the pasta, it's stainless steel, but there's a problem. The fettuccine cutter doesn't cut the pasta cleanly and I wind up with pairs of noodles that are stuck together lengthwise. Doesn't happen with the spaghetti setting so it's obviously a misfit on the cutting rollers. Something I can't adjust or fix. Something you don't discover until you've used it for months and it's past the point where you can return it. Might as well buy the made in China version where defects come at half the price. Lavorazione sciatta.
