I’ve no complaints about the product. I’ve been taking the tablets for a few weeks but haven’t really noticed any change. Possibly too soon to see any reaction. On the plus side, I don’t feel any worse!

Wow not sure yet but since I began taking this supplement daily (about a fortnight now) my energy levels have risen, my stress levels have lowered and I feel so much happier! I was so stressed out, depressed, very sick from chronic illnesses (including fibromyalgia and severe PTSD among other issues) I wouldn't even leave my bedroom never mind my house.So I looked into Ashwagandha and found this one here with some great reviews and thought I'd give it a whirl . I had dropped loads of medications since December last year so I wanted a natural boost. This seems to be what every site recommended for what I wanted.Since I started it I am now far calmer, unbotjdrd about things, feel I've definitely gotten more active, am sleeping better, able to leave my house and take walks with my kids and partner and I am spending more time being with my family and I'm coping with physical pain flares and the debilitating feelings of depression and crippling anxiety way better than before. I will continue to buy this rather than be wallowing in my misery. Great product ,so far anyway, will repurchase

I've never used this product before and over the years have dabbled in most things from the supplement industry.A few pro bodybuilders have mentioned taking this to help with stress and to relax so I gave it a shot.I have noticed feeling generally calmer and less stressed, as well as sleeping better at night.No unwanted side effects or any issues.For the price, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.

These Ashwagandha tablets are so helpfull. Take then everyday. They help so much with anxiety. At first I thought they wouldn’t do much,but after taking one in the morning things seem to get better.I start to feel better, I start to smile and relax and things don’t seem so stressful. I look on the bright side of things now. So will get them again.Great product very helpful.

So far so good. I take them just before bed when I feel particularly stressed or I know I’m going to have sleeplessness. It helps my nerves relax at night and I wake up the next day with no side effects, unlike other sedatives. I know it’s not mainly a sleeping tablet but it works that way for me. I do feel more in-tune with myself the next day and more healthy. So great product.

Took these to get off my prescription meds they have definitely helped hopefully no more prescription meds for me

I thought the proce was to good to be true....Mostly broken ... these tablets are fragile .... i got them broken ..its ridiculousPlus point ....very fast delivery and i like the pouch they came in but the postage package has no protection hence y tablet came smashed

Tried it and is much better than the previous version of the same product.Less tiredness, exhaustion, and better moods too.Excellent value-for-money item and roughly the same as the Korean Ginseng, in it's purpose and overall well-being related benefits.All natural too!Cheers.
