I am very happy with this Convenience Concepts, Oxford End Table. I am using it next to my computer desk to put my printer on and to store some of my computer-related books. It is very attractive, sturdy, and the finish on it is well done and very good looking. It looks more expensive than it is. If used as an end table, it would make a very attractive piece of furniture. My Canon printer fits nicely on top of the piece. The distance between shelfs is not tall enough for my books, so I have them laying sideways, which is fine for me as the piece really isn't meant to be a book shelf. The only downside to it is the assembly. Although all of the pieces are labeled well, putting some of it together is not clear unless you have assembled furniture before using lock nuts and cam locks. I have never dealt with them before so I did not know how they work. If you decide to purchase this end table, you would do well to look those up and learn how they work before assembling this. Also some of the instruction photos could be a little larger, especially the ones showing the placement of the cam locks and the lock nut. I didn't know which side of the cam locks when into the furniture hole. The cam locks and the lock nuts are used so you never put a screw directly into the wood. Screw are screwed into these pieces thus, preventing any damage to he wood. That is one of the reasons this piece is so sturdy. I suspect many other low-priced furniture pieces wouldn't bother to use them, so kudos to this company. It comes with little black stickers to cover the screws that are on the outside. The screws are black, but the black stickers do work fine to hide the screws. I wish the company would have included a few extra stickers because two of them pulled off the backing paper with some of that paper still attached. I managed to get the paper off one of them so the sticky side was available to use, but I could not get it off the other. Therfore, I am one sticker short to cover up the screws. It is helpful to have two people assembling this. Although, if you have done this before and know what you are doing, one person is probably doable. Tow people are helpful when lining up and holding pieces to attach to each other. I am enjoying this piece of furniture. It is much nicer than I expected. Thank you Convenience Concepts!

Needed a quick replacement bookshelf/end table for my daughter’s nursery and bought this in a pinch. My expectations have been surpassed! It came fast, installation was easy and it’s sturdy. Exactly what we needed.

There has been some confusion about the end table's size: it is about 23.75" tall and the top of the table is 15.75" square. It is big enough to be very stable but not monstrously large. I have some large, heavy speakers (Polk Audio RTI A3s) that will soon be sitting on top of these tables. The speaker stands I looked at for similar money seemed rickety and only had a top plate about 6" square. I just put the first one together (I bought two of them). It has adequate hardware. It was a bit more difficult to put together than I hoped. Getting the large bolts to thread into their locknuts was a challenge (especially the middle shelf). I have just started with table number two and hope it goes together OK. These end tables are packed extremely well and if they get damaged, blame the shipping company, not the manufacturer! I've bought some higher end audio gear costing 20 or more times as much that was not packed as securely. The color says "black" but it is not as deep a black as my RTI speakers nor my subwoofer. It seems to be more of an espresso shade of black. I'm happy with my purchase (no buyer's remorse) and do recommend these end tables. They look good, not cheap, not high end. If you buy these, take your time assembling and read the instructions carefully. The instructions are more than adequate and show and explain what to do.

this is a good quality, sturdy table, just as pictured, it is not flimsy, i have no complaints about it.

I looked all over for a suitable table. Actually I was looking for those old “Parson Stackable Tables” that were on the market years ago. They were small, stackable, and they came in several colors. However, after looking everywhere I could think of and kept coming up empty, I had to go in a different direction. I live in a small apartment so “big” doesn’t work. I have a ton of DVD’s that were starting to make my living room look as if I needed a bulldozer to get through it. I needed to do something and fast. That was when I remembered about the tables. Even a small cabinet may have sufficed. So after looking through dozens of styles and none of them were “quite right”, I happened upon this one. It’s about the right height and size for holding quite a few DVD’s. It wasn’t difficult to assemble. Though I expected to need some kind of tool for assembling, I didn’t expect to need my own screwdriver. Lately everything I’ve bought that needed assembling came with the necessary tools. Fortunately I had a screwdriver handy that worked fine. It didn’t take long to assemble. After it was done I immediately placed it and put its sturdiness to the test. I stacked each shelf with DVD’s, including the top. I was able to put six rows of twelve DVD’s each on the top shelf. I wanted to buy at least two, but I could only afford one. But my intention is to buy two more before the end of this year. I want to get my DVD’s off the floor. I noticed that some of the reviews mentions that their table smell. I am happy to report that mine does not. Also I decided on the color “Espresso” because somehow the other colors weren’t appealing. Plus the name of the color reminds me of Coffee. And I love Coffee.

This nightstand is exactly what we needed—clean design, solid build, and budget-friendly. It was easy to assemble and fits perfectly in a kid’s room. The shelf is great for extra storage, and the white finish matches with everything. There is a shelf that comes with it, you can use it or not. Great value!

Great looking product sturdy and beautiful.

We wanted something modern and different for our guest bedroom. Blue furniture fitted our colour scheme. We'll built, sturdy and easy to put together. Liked it so much have added a matching console table.

It's a ok table if you don't want anything fancy, it's a little frustrating to assemble.
