I was in doubt after reading and weighing advantages versus disadvantages. The thing that really bothered me is reading all the negative reviews about the smell. The smell isn’t that bad when I took it with lemonade. Yes, it does work. I noticed a huge difference in 4 hours of taking it. I even took an extra dosage to top it off. WOW, folks! Just don’t over do it, even though the wood is high in the sky 😉.

Seems like a quality product

Testofen is a registered trademark for a standardized ingredient taken from the Fenegreek Seed . This product states it has a standardized version, in this supplement, which is even better . I can say it has a much larger amount, and for the price certainly is a better deal . I have used the Testofen before in another supplement. I had very good results . I would give the name here but this is my review of THIS Product . I have no doubts about what this Company states , and if one gets results as good or even better than the NAME BRAND, try it for yourself. It has a guarantee , which you won’t need to use , if it is only AS GOOD AS and especially if it is stronger & better . JLJ

I don't know what's up with this but I've been taking it for a week with a bunch of other supplements. It is by far the worst one. It smells like a curry extract. And it has made me smell that way, too! When I run out, I'm going to try and find a different supplier.

Great price high strength fenugreek

The Vitamonk Fenugreek is an excellent addition to my nearly-daily regimen. Though I generally don't eat a lot of carbs, I tend to take fenugreek with my afternoon meal. It's usually my first meal and breaks my daily fast. The Fenugreek might be helping with blood sugar control. On those days when I take it, I tend not to need an energy boost, like a matcha tea or something after eating that big meal. It might also be helping with inflammation or maybe compounding the anti-inflammatory impact of other supplements I'm taking. My weekly running mileage is up since the weather broke, and my severely arthritic knee has been good- no swelling. I've used it for about three weeks now and will keep going to see if there's a change over a longer period of time.
