How does this compare to crc knock'er loose penetrant? about the same or better?

I've always prefered CRC products.

I bought this thing three years ago, and it seems to be used to clean rusty screws, so that it is easy to spin out the screws. I don't know if it is flammable, but I haven't accidentally burned it.

Is this safe to use on stuck chrome faucet handles on a bathtub?

I understand it is, but don't know if it will work, or if it would tarnish the chrome, although it works well with chrome screws.
