I got this for my 14 yr old daughter who handles things roughly so I didn't want to spend a lot knowing that. She has kept it in good shape. Good quality for price.

The mp3 says it supports video and mp3s and mp4s. Not true. Only SOME mp3s. The buttons are very confusing. Its a cheap knockoff. Don't buy. I want to return it but the return policy ended at 4 weeks. This was a gift for my daughter and I bought it early and we didnt have enough time to find out its problems until now.

Did not come with SD card like stated. Re ordered and same issue. Will not order again.

I received this and was excited. There is no instructions on how to load music. The way to scroll through the lists is confusing too!
