NICE, Durable & Value for money
Look wise these are really classy, durability depends on your handling coz these are made up of bamboo sticks, these are heat resistant. Overall product is really nice.

Defective Item No Return
The threads are coming loose in one mat. It is totally defective.However since I did not use it earlier, I found that the return window was closed by just 1 hour. So the product could not be returned. Amazon's customer service is usually very good but it was totally unsatisfactory as a defective product is not exchanged.
