My bad. Another Awesome book by Big Al. This book's information makes it easy to figure out how to talk to anyone in the exact way they want to be communicated with. If you have ever called someone and became tongue tied as you tried to figure out what to say that would get the person interested in what you had to offer this book will solve the problem every time. Can't figure out why you and uncle Joe or brother John always clash? Want to know why your spouse or best friend always tell you to hurry up and finish the story, impatiently. This will help you start communicating like you never have before. Knowing the four colors personalities (Everyone is basically one of these four personality types) will not only help you market better but will improve ALL of your interactions with people. It has been both a game changer and a life changer for me and will be for you!!! I'm arealniceguy and I recommend this book. It may be the most important book you ever bought!!

I have been reading Tom "Big Al" material for many years, he is one of the reasons I have earned multiple seven figures in network marketing. This book about personalities is a gem!!If you want to be a master communicator, this is the book for you, it is not only a great network marketing training, but it will increase your effectiveness when you communicate with others, including your kids!!You will become a "multilingual" communicator. It will give you an amazing advantage over 99% of the competition (the other 1% will read an apply this book :-))This is not a very in depth treaty on Freud, Erickson or Star Trek Mr Spock theories , this is the book perfect for the rest of us! it is fun and easy to read, I read it in one day with my wife, we laughed, we cried (of happiness), and we are now recommending this gem to our organization..Buy it, read it and use it, specially if you are in our organization..:-)

Simple, very quick read. Written in a style to promote identifying the four color personalities encountered in our lives. This material does not go in depth, nor was it written to do so. This is meant as a way to introduce the concept that there are general personality categories, and how to quickly recognize them so one can communicate more effectively, and in a more influential manner. There are good take aways from this material- a little extra food for thought. If you want super in dpeth, or if you have encountered this type of information before, then move on. If you haven't a need for a lot of reading, and you haven't thought about personality/communication styles, then this is a worth while primer. The exaggeration of the descriptions are meant to help remember the differences between the 4 color personalities.

These exaggerated visuals really bring these concept s to life and bring awareness to the conversations you’re having with others. I’m excited to enhance my communication skills so that I am talking their language.
