Effective and competitively priced
These tiny tablets (so easy to swallow) are very good value and do work - good for inflammatory conditions like joint pains/arthritis. Importantly, they have a black pepper component which enables the curcumin to be properly absorbed. I have used turmeric for a couple of years.

For me personally it was the size of the tablets.
Chose this product on the size of the tablets as I struggle to take larger tablets or capsules. They arrived earlier than expected, as for the effiency it's early days yet but I am hopeful they will prove effected.

A bit tiny and not an actual 1400mg tablet ,you probaply need to take 4 of them for a serving, but i hope they do their work..

Worth trying imo
I've marked these down for their effectiveness as pain relievers because that isn't really the idea. Some people say that tumeric is a 'wonder drug', it's been used for many, and still widely is, in India for a whole range of complaints. I can't say if tumeric does all or in fact anything that's claimed but I'm happy to give it a go. Specifically these tablets are great, they're really small and they don't have the 'odd taste' that some similar, much larger, tablets do. I'm happy to give them a go, if I'm still alive and kicking in to my '80s they work, if I remember I'll update this review then!

Dosage requirement.
Not sure of the dose stated. I have early onset Parkinson’s it is suggested a dose of 600mg (Circumin) and 5mg (Black pepper) could be beneficial. I have been taking 1 tablet for 12 weeks and I believe that it is affecting my digestive system not sure what benefit I would expect. Would be interested to see what other users with similar symptoms are experiencing.However my partner has chronic arthritis and has been taking 2 tablets a day and cannot believe the difference and help they have given her with no adverse effects
