Cepham Life Sciences 10X Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is 0.22 micron filter-sterilized and is generally used in biological research. Our solution contains: 1.37M NaCl, 100mM NaH2PO4, 27mM KCl, 18mM KH2PO4, and has a pH of 7.4. PBS is a balanced, isotonic salt solution used for a variety of cell culture applications, such as washing cells before dissociation, transporting cells or tissue, diluting cells for counting, and preparing numerous reagents.
