Order direct from the Manufacturer whenever possible
Let me begin by saying, I don’t dislike The Uponor Products at all I think there top of the line. What I definitely dont like Is when You order something from a outside contractors that selling the Uponor products and they send to you the WRONG item. I’ve been waiting for a week and a half for my Uponor 3/4” Pex A tubing To be delivered To finish a plumbing job. Well, it was delivered today In a flatten, ripped cardboard box With tape hanging all over the outside of it. I wasn’t too much concerned about the way they shipped it at the time. But when I Cut all the tape that was around the box To get the tubing out and after looking the item over the company, Al’s Remodeling Sent me the wrong tubing. They sent me Uponor plain 3/4” tubing. Which will not work using my DeWalt expansion tool. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Beware, uponor does not stand behind their product.
The media could not be loaded. BEWARE, After 20 years of living in our home we were finally Remodeling and decided to use uponor. A year-and-a-half after installation of pipe burst causing our house to flood. The damage were created was about $50,000. Uponor refused to stand behind their product even though the claim to have a 25 year warranty. I would not recommend uponor.
