Not dried out like some others. Great product. Probably best mascara there is out there. You pull the wand out of tube and not full of gunk like alot of others. Actually will make your lashes grow. Has hydrolyzed wheat protein in ingredients

Love the way this mascara goes on. The brush is perfect for lifting and separating the lashes. But, it does seem to dry out and flake more than it should after only a few hours. I've added a drop of lavender essential oil to the container to see if it will last longer.Update: 4 months later, and I'm finding that adding the lavender oil to the mascara has really done the trick! And, an added bonus, it seems to be helping my lashes grow - so now happier with the mascara, and with my lashes. I keep trying other mascara brands, and keep coming back to this one. I still wish it would last longer and not flake off on it's own, but it's my favorite mascara I've found in a while (after adding the oil).

I ordered Almay get up & grow because I can't seem to find it in stores anymore. I'm not sure if it is the store-bought and online purchased versions are the same. The online purchase 1. had a label that peeled off after a few weeks (whereas the store-bought version has the name and logo printed directly on the tube), 2. online version dried up after about a month, and 3. online version did not produce the same results as store-bought version (thicker lashes over the long run)..but this may be because it dried up so quickly.

I absolutely love this mascara! I do have fairly naturally good lashes but I swear by this stuff. I used to buy every new mascara on the market and layer several brands to get the look I wanted (one for length another for volume). This mascara is great for day or night because it builds well and can go from natural to a more dramatic look (I sometimes still add a coat of a more dramatic mascara if I am going out). My lashes are much healthier (I did not realize other formulas were drying and that dry eyelashes was a thing), seem longer, and do not fall out as much. I replace mine about every three months (which is how often you are supposed to avoid bacteria) bc it dries out. Its the first time I have ever done so because its my go to and I use it so often. Would highly recommend at the very least for your everyday mascara!

I tried to return it, but it says it was not returnable. The packaging was dirty. It looked old. The wrapping around the product tube was wrinkled and loose. I can tell that the mascara is old because of the packaging, as the item description of the product did not match the labeling on the packaging.

Pros: For years I have suffered with constantly watering eyes and runny nose, used about 15 to 20 Kleenex a day. I used waterproof mascara, a popular drug store brand, to withstand the constant flooding. I had an AHA! moment, thought maybe it is the mascara causing the problem. I've been using the Almay for a few days now, and my eyes are comfortably dry and my nose is clear. It's like a miracle, wish I'd thought of this a long time ago. Next purchase I will try the non-waterproof kind.Cons: I'm not to crazy about the brush, but it is OK. One coat is not enough, I put on 2 or 3 coats to get the volume and length I prefer. These cons are nothing, easily offset by the one huge pro.

I have sensitive eyes. After trying a couple of other "safe" mascaras recently, I am back to Almay. I have blonde lashes and use the black mascara. It looks great and doesn't smudge off during the day. It must have some type of conditioner in it, because my lashes are less brittle now and breaking off less. The mascara tube is quite large (although I'm not sure how much mascara is actually inside). But the thing I like it is is clicks open and closed. I think this will keep your mascara fresher, because the tube is closed completely. (Genius!)

I’ve been using Almay for years everything else irritates my eyes and causes redness and watery eyes and itchiness. I I like this one because dose help grow longer fuller lashes rather then just making look longer for that time . Takes few weeks and yep definitely a difference.

Me encanta la máscara de pestañas de Almay y la razón por la cual le puse 4 estrellas es q especificaba que era waterproof pero q el empaque podía variar; y al final me llegó la versión q no es waterproof pero en general el cepillo de este rimmel lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Últimamente mis ojos se han vuelto sensibles a las máscaras de pestañas. La marca Almay me ha ayudado a seguir usándolas sin problema. Lo que no me gusta es que no levantan mucho la pestaña. Pero por lo menos no irrita mis ojos
