For about 25 bucks it does the job.
This is not my fantasy anatomy skeleton for the money its very good. Its humorously stiff looking. The upper arms are ridiculously locked in a forward position almost past the Sternum. But it is reasonably accurate. Its not at all posable. I wanted something to practice putting clay muscles on to continue learning anatomy in a tactile way. I am more likely to remember a muscle shape if I am forced to make a 3D shape to represent it. I have a 400 dollar anatomy sculpture. Its gorgeous. This is definitely made of graceful flowing lines but its going to serve my purposes. Its very sturdy. The pelvis is excellent. And someone ambitions might be able to free up scapula and shoulder girdle. I'm even curious if the slightly forward flat chest shape could be improved with a blow dryer. I just discovered the jaw is articulated in a really great way. You would never know from looking. But the spring for the jaw is perfect. This could be very useful to my drawing in the future. I've never seen that. Proportions are good, not great, but much better than a toy skeleton. I am very happy with this purchase

Good enough (34") version
Unfortunately the lower ribs on mine arrived bent upward into the chest cavity. I'll see if I can coax them back into a natural position but it costs a star off the review. The skeleton can be posed in a variety of positions which is helpful. This skeleton can't mimic a full range of natural motion, but those poses it does support at least feel "natural". A decent tool for learning anatomy

Not anatomically correct
Good quality but bought to assist with my sculpting. Not exactly anatomically correct, there's nobody with arms that long, but it helps.

Like a member of the family
This is just what we were looking for!Accuracy? I don’t know what a skeleton really looks like; what - do I have X-ray vision? It gives us the reference points we need. I wanted a way to show my Tai chi students where the Sitz Bones were.We keep it here at home. We call him Mr. Bones.Currently he has a 20 dollar bill clenched between his teeth. The money came from a relative as a birthday gift for our daughter in a card, and Mr. Bones was a good place to set it aside for safekeeping until she takes it with her to buy ice cream or something at Target.

Perfect for my radiography class.
I bought this as a model for radiography. This is perfect for what I need since the virus and school is closed. I need a physical object. The detail on the bones and what not isn't that great because of how small it is. I have the 17 in model. I would recommend getting the 36 in one if you are in an anatomy class or need more detail. This suits my purposes fine.

good art model!!
I bought this as a model for a drawing class I took. Since covid hit, we had to get our own models to draw for still lifes. He worked perfectly well for that. I wish he was positionable, and some extra nuts would be really nice since I anticipate losing a few, but other than that he is an excellent little man.

What you need to know
Excellent product and for the most part it is anatomically correct. I do wish that the joints moved correctly.

Good Study Tool for Pre-Health Professional
Overall, this model is very good. 17" isn't small - so don't feel like it's gonna be small. After comparing the bones to an actual skeleton model - I wish the bone markings were more visible on this model. The skull is amazing, but I'm talking about the rest of bones. Other than that I think this is a good study tool for any pre health professional. Also looks good for desks and Halloween.
