These hold just enough items to be useful for an IFAK without being cumbersome. Durable enough for the civilian market but I would not send them with deployed troops simply because they are not very high denier count (only 600 count vs. 1,000) nylon. Would not hesitate to strap on on for years to come for outdoor and hunting use though. Nice internal layout, very good closure system.

Nice little (but spacey) pouch. As a firefighter/EMT, I keep this in my POV and it comfortably fits a tourniquet, three rolls of hemostatic gauze, trauma shears, a glucometer, a reflective heat blanket, pen lights, and an array of other supplies like bandaids and OTC medicines.

This medical bag is pretty good. Its durable, lightweight and has Molle system built in. Although I will say its a bit small and only has a limited number of pouches. Great for very small medical kit, not so much if you have even a somewhat decent medical kit.

Holds more than you think. The only con is you have to unclip the strap to tear away. Lots of organization.

This pack is big enough to pack for unexpected emergencies but light and small enough to travel with me in the Kayak. A great thing to have on hand.

Good for what i need it for.Byeing 3 more for my other plate carrier set ups.
