Asia Trans Sour Apple Gummies with Li Hing Mui Plum Powder | Hawaiian Favorite | Sweet & Sour Soft Gummy Candy (2.5 oz)

These Sour Apple Gummies arrived today and sounded and looked very interesting, so we did the taste test. I'm not a fan of sour apple flavor, but my spouse is, so figured there would be two different opinions. Well, the consensus is they are delicious.....from both of us! The package is small - 2.5 oz., but that's probably a good thing, as it would be so easy to keep popping them in your mouth. The different colored candy gummies are about 1/2" give or take, and are soft and chewy with a sugary granular coating. We thought they were from Hawaii, but they're a product of Canada, and packaged in Hawaii, mostly for those living there. The Sour Apple flavor appears to come mostly from the salty dried plum called Li Hing Mui from China. The plum's unique flavoring of sweet, sour, salty, tart, and tangy, is quite popular. I found the candies to be mostly sweet with just a hint of tartness, and..... addictive, like trying to eat just one potato chip!

I received this sour apple gummies so quickly in couple days after I ordered it. It came in a package which contains about 2.5Oz of products. They are small pieces of gummies and I can't say enough how much they are delicious. I opened the package and I finished the whole package with my fiancé in less than half an hour! I wish it was a bigger package! They are not super sour and not super sweet, just perfect combination of both. It has a mild sour cover at top and then it's sweet inside after you bite them. They are perfect for snack for sure. I highly recommend it.

Not at all worth the price paid. What made it worse was that the gummies were hard and there was very faint li hing flavor. Neither sour nor mouth-puckering as stated in their description. Very disappointed. Won't be purchasing again.

But these prices is crazy when its not that many in the bag. Can't afford them.

The taste is terrible and artificial. It doesn't taste like apple and is sweet rather than sour. I had to throw most of the gummies away.

I thought the bag was going to be bigger, but it was the size of an m&m bag. For the price, I would pass on it next time

These little sour apple nuggets are salty outside without all that extra salt that falls off. The candy itself is sweet and gummy. They are a hard gummy so you definitely need to chew carefully. Small size (imagine a big bean) is perfect for a quick snack; however, I would not give to small children due to choking hazard.

Plum flavored gummies. Typical asian market pear/plum gommies. Not really sour like the product page says. Just sweet. Regardless, they taste and smell good.
