Small, not firm enough
This bone pillow is much smaller than my previous one (different manufacturer). It is not really firm enough to support my neck, and due to its size and being satin, it slides around easily. Also, mine came with a carrying loop on one end and not the strap to secure it up anything. Very disappointing.

Soft, silky
Soft and silky and not a bit of a chemical smell like I have had with others. It is a bit soft for me so I will be adding a little bit of stuffing otherwise, good. Arrived fast, like within two days, tks

Too Slippery
I don't know where the movers put it, but when it appears I'm going to make some kind of cover for it. Satin has no grab, and the pillow won't stay put. And the pillow I received has no openings for stuffing adjustment, but does have an elasticized band for auto headrests.I need this kind of pillow for allowing sound to reach both ears when I'm doing my leg elevations with movies or TV, but I think for me this could be a half-inch less in diameter. And it does give excellent support and pain relief when my rotator cuffs hurt all the way up to my skull.

For my needs it is a bit too firm and large. Good quality , just not what I was looking to replace one I have had for years.

Product NOT as Described!
I ordered this pillow especially for the strap, however, there wasn't one! 🤐
