I've never had nipple clips. After reading numerous reviews of various types of nipple clamps, I settled on these. I like how the clamps adjust with a screw, so you can get them just right. They stay on if you have them adjusted. The screw clamp is the easiest to adjust and stays put. They're look and feel really sexy with an open cup bra. I love, and does my husband.

I am a big girl so the chain between the clamps made it hard to reach both nipples. The clamp factor isn't great really for me, doesn't squeeze hard enough but they are as promised. They are adjustable, they're good for the price. Overall good for a beginner if you remove the chain, but not for more experienced Kinksters.

Wife likes the three tier look and how lightweight the chains are. The clamps could be tighter and it is a bit frustrating when the rubber tips come off but they're easily slipped back on. Not for heavy use, made more for looks and light pulling.

Chain is cheesy and cheap but that was kinda expected. Super cute though

I love everything about them except the metal chain irritates my skin but I am more sensitive to cheaper metals than most. Still love them better than other ones I've tried!
