Heard these were good for back rubs and decided to try them. I have had some pretty bad pain just above my knee for a few months and since I had one of these rollers on my desk I tried it on a whim to see if it would temporarily relieve the pain - I used it for about 5 minutes and it made the pain go away completely, and two weeks later it still hasn't returned. It hasn't cured my back pain, but it definitely provides short term relief. I am thinking of order several sets as Christmas gifts this year.

These things actually feel pretty good, especially if you can get someone else to roll them around on your back. We've used them on backs, legs and feet.

I bought these for my two sons who are cross country runners. They have muscle aches on occasion and did not know what to do. Sometimes they would use like a tennis ball thing. I had bad back pain and had been told to use a tennis ball and it would help. But the tennis ball was a pain,So this is much better and easier!

These little massagers are underrated in my opinion. I work a desk job and naturally my neck muscles get a little tight from time to time from sitting and staring at a computer screen all day. I typically roll those along my neck and the shoulder muscles to get back on track. I haven't done this but I know others who have; if you need extra relief, you can also put your favorite icy-hot type product on it before rolling that across your muscles (although BioFreeze now has a roll on version that I also highly recommend).

You get what you pay for . These were used once and now they're in a drawer somewhere . Won't be looking for them either .

I put mine on the freezer for extra coolness and it feels wonderful in 90 degree heat!

I used these for my father while he was in the hospital. He was on some medication that was giving him muscle spasms. They would last 30-40 minutes at a time and would happen frequently. I bought these in the hope that it would give my hand some relief and it did. They did the job with just a small amount of pressure and they were easy on my hands. I still keep them around and use them on my own muscles every now and then.
