Sew Steady 24" x 32" Portable Giant Table, Includes 2 16" Cling Rulers

Fits my Pfaff 7570 perfectly and improves ergonomics with respect to my wrists and spine. Glad I chose this extension table over a machine cabinet. There is enough depth to store machine feet and various tools underneath. (I use cigar boxes.) I did not receive the ruler strips as indicated in the product listing, but determined I did not really need them.

I rarely write a review; my criteria is exceptional quality or exceptional disappointment. Eight months ago I purchased a very expensive sewing machine/embroidery unit only to find it had a small area to the left of the needle and front and back. I love my new machine. . . .but there was nowhere to put my hands to anchor and smoothly move the fabric especially while quilting. This table has solved that in spades. And I got three bonuses. I had not realized how tired my arms got until I had a place to rest them. Secondly, how much drag there was on the fabric trying to go up and over the machine bed. Thirdly, the clear table is a safe and easy way to store sewing notions underneath; thus, giving me 6 square feet of storage and all at a glance. I have notions stashed in small shallow storage lids, etc. and they can slide in and out in a flash. So, is the Sew Steady table cheap? No, it is not. But it pales in comparison to the $$$$ I spent on my machine and the table added so much value to my sewing experience, I highly recommend it and also recommend buying the biggest one you can afford. The table is well made, well thought out and since it was custom made to fit my particular machine, it fits like a glove. The acrylic surface is slick and fabric glides across it. And it arrived a week early! So the seller was 5 star too.

I contacted the seller immediately after purchase to let them know my sewing machine model. I received a reply the same day to let me know they got my specifications and that my order was being processed. My table came earlier than expected and it was so simple to set up. It’s a perfect fit and gives my little machine the space it desperately needs for quilting! It also doubles the amount of desk space, as I can store items underneath while sewing. It can even be used as a light table if needed! Highly recommend! Great product, great seller!

Even though this extension is a little pricey it is well worth the purchase price. Fits my machine perfectly and prevents drag on fabric when quilting on the machine. It has really made a difference even when I am piecing quilts sections. Sturdy with plenty of legs to support the extension. If you sew a lot, this is perfect.

I want to start by reviewing the seller, Johnstons Vac and Sew. If I could give them more then 5 stars, I would. My table got damaged during shipping, and I contacted Johnstons Vac and Sew. They responded immediately, asked me to send them pictures of the damage and the box, and before I knew it, I got a replacement table. It is so refreshing to to deal with a company that cares about the products they sell and the customers. Thank you Johnstons Vac and Sew. Now the table. It took no time at all to assemble and it fit my machine perfectly. I purchased this item to do free motion quilting, and it made it so much easier. My quilt came out nice and flat in the end, which is something I've always struggled with. I can't wait to make my next quilt.

This is one of those "how did I live without it" purchases. Beautifully cut and perfect fit. But... the support feet, no matter how I try to re-seat them, a few do not sit flush to the table; rather, they sit on a slight angle. So far, it does not seem to take away from the support for of the table.

This is a custom made product. It takes about three weeks to receive. However it is well worth the wait. This table is large, level, and a PERFECT fit (see photo). Excellent quality. Very easy to assemble, you just need to attach the legs. Sturdy and stable. Dramatically increases sewing surface. Great for quilters. Photo attached of “jelly roll” rug which is quite heavy. Surface table keeps the sewing project level and prevents weight of protect from pulling under the needle. Does your wrists a favor too! Highly recommend.

The table was beyond my expectations! Perfect fit for my 20 year old Singer. Recommend to anyone. Extremely pleased. Two thumbs up.
