Use for the deep fried turkey. Just what we needed, did 1 16lb turkey and 1 8lb chicken.

The liquid garlic and onion is perfect for those that cannot eat onions or have the actual garlic in their food. They can still enjoy the flavor without the negative consequences

Both bottles were wet and smelled like the contents because they had leaked. I'm very disappointed.

Purchased onion juice and garlic juice. Excellent juices for making sauces and dressings/dips, and for general cooking. 4 stars only: the plastic caps on the plastic bottles have been known to leak in shipment to its destination. Don't be surprised that your Amazon package arrives in an "aromatic state" - of garlic or/and onion! Other reviews state similar to this one: very good/excellent product in a sometimes-leaking bottle - despite the careful & thorough bubble-wrap packing! I have purchased this product before and had no product leakage, too - it's appearently an intermittent occurrence. This review deserves a "5-star", but for the leaking packaging.
