My cats go wild for the Tiki Cat Grill Wet Cat Food — could be their favorite yet!
✅ What I liked From the moment I opened the can, both cats came running. One of them is usually really picky, but she jumped in full force and licked her bowl clean. According to various user reviews, this line is often well-received by finicky cats. Quality ingredients and a meat-first formula. For example, the product is grain-free, and the “Grill” line is described as “Indulgent flaked fish recipes … high-moisture … real fish and shellfish” in broth. Good nutrition profile: Experts say this line has above-average protein, lower carbs, and is designed for cats who do better with high protein, low-carb diets. Variety of flavors: The Grill line comes in different seafood-heavy recipes, which means I can rotate them so my cats don’t get bored. My cat’s coat seems a little shinier, and she seems more excited at mealtime than before — always a good sign. ⚠️ Things to keep in mind Because of the high fish/fish broth content, the smell is stronger than many standard cat foods. That didn’t bother us, but if you’re sensitive to smells (or have a cat sensitive to fishy taste/aroma) it’s something to be aware of. It’s more premium than basic canned cat food, so cost is higher per can. If you have multiple cats or feed large quantities, budget accordingly. While many cats love it, a minority don’t — some reviews report a cat refusing certain flavors. Because it’s rich in flavor and fish-based, if your cat has a digestive sensitivity you may want to introduce it gradually and monitor for any tummy issues. Always check portion size and feeding guidelines. For example, for the 2.8 oz cans the manufacturer suggests feeding about 1–2 cans per 7 lbs of body weight for adults. 🎯 Final verdict Overall, I’m very happy with this Tiki Cat Grill formula. My two cats — one picky, one more adventurous — both seem to enjoy it, and I feel confident offering it because of the ingredient quality and strong user feedback. I’ll definitely keep buying it. If you’re looking for a wet cat food that rotates flavor, offers high-quality fish/shellfish ingredients, and is well-liked by cats, this one is a strong candidate. 🔍 Recommendation summary Introduce gradually (if switching from a different brand) to avoid tummy upset. Offer variety in flavors within the Grill line to keep things interesting for your cat. Consider cost if you have multiple cats. Monitor your cat’s reaction (taste preference, stool, coat condition) over the first week or two. Because it’s fish heavy, ensure your cat doesn’t have any food allergies to fish or shellfish before diving too deep.

CAT LOVES THIS FOOD!
My cat absolutely loves this food. She actually finished her whole bow for the first time! I put extra water in it and chop it up for her since she is a gravy girl! The sardine one was so cool! Huge pieces of fish!

High-quality wet food with clean ingredients and good moisture
This variety pack has been very consistent in freshness and overall quality. The food has a clean appearance with real shredded meat and good moisture, which makes it easy to serve and appealing. The 2.8 oz cans are a practical size for portion control and help avoid leftovers going to waste. It’s also been easy on digestion, with no issues after switching. While it costs more than basic brands, the ingredient quality and reliability make it a good value if you care about health and consistency.

looking for stinky food for a cat not eating - this could be the one!
Stinky food. That was the recommendation from the vet when our newly adopted cat was on a hunger strike from stress. Even this food did not get her interested in her food bowl in those first few days. I put it away after we finally found a dry food she liked, but brought it back out a month later. She likes it. But it stinks big time and really attracted the ants to the recycling bin, even with rinsing the cans first. Our other cat gagged at the scent, so guessing this will be a backup for the other cat if she goes off the other foods she will now eat.

High Quality Cat Food
My Cat is super picky but has liked these the best out of any of them. BIG chunks of meat in some of them. High Quality for sure.

BEWARE BONES
OMG I was not expecting to have to investigate the ENTIRE can---YUCK!!I was VERY surprised that Tiki BRAND cat food is Soo highly recommend & preferred would be Soo painstakingly dangerous!???? I normally feed my silver shaded Persian brother sister pair of 1.5yro kittens limited ingredient grain free shredded chicken in broth w pumpkin (sensitive stomachs) by Applaws but I found it it's NOT a complete meal.. It's meant to be a compliment &/or topper. Also, Instinct kibble w/raw bits however they have completely refused to eat the kibble ANYMORE.. They figured out how to pick out JUST the raw bits -leaving behind the dry kibble!! it's way too SUPER expensive for that!! Anyways- I began to get worried about thier health /nutrition since the wet food was ONLY meant to feed as complimentary &/or topper... So I had to a "WHOLE"-meal that's limited ingredient, grain-free, & a wet/canned food. After tons of hours spent reading reviews, re-searching online websites, watching videos, searching the shelves & isles in-store & reading the ingredients on the labels/packaging...I FINALLY decided to try Tiki BRAND canned wet food however I accidentally got the 'grilled' FISH line instead of the ALOHA friend's shredded chicken (& other prey)w/pumpkin !!! I'm so glad I remembered seeing a review warning about the bones in the FISH recipes Bcuz OMG I spent over 30 mins digging thru the little can getting all the tiny bones, bone fragments, whole spines, etc.... In a full blown Panic attack ~ I googled searched; "bones in fish cat food-safe??"/ "IS it SAFE to feed cats canned cat food w/bones" =everything I read warned against IT!!????-therefore I'm highly confused as to WHY it's in TIKI BRAND wet canned cat food- & why are Soo MANY people buying, feeding & recommending it~ if it's NOT safe????? *Contacted TIKI BRAND to ask about the bones; they reported back stating in the same sentence that thier cat food does NOT contain ANY bones! That they de-bone the meats& that ANY bones that are present are too small to create ANY danger& that ANY bones present have been pressure cooked to the degree that makes them to soft to be of danger!??-I'm STILL very confused& just plan to stay away from that line of Tiki brand wet/canned cat food for now on! Otherwise, everything else is AWESOME about TIKI BRAND CAT FOOD & now my cats are preferring the stinky gross bony fish OVER the safer, easier ,less smelly ,& cleaner chicken/duck/non-fish recipes!! **PLEASE LMK IF I'M WRONG ABOUT THE SAFETY OF FEEDING THESE SARDINE/mackerel BONES ~ WOULD LOVE TO BE WRONG ABOUT IT!!??? Btw,I adore the after dark w/ the cutest tiny little whole halved hard boiled quail egg (*wish it were 2tho!)

For the pickiest cats
I have absolutely the pickiest feral cat in the neighborhood. She live this cat but she refuses to eat soft can food. She is a hunter and has brought us a few wild gifts. The can food is way to processed for her. I worry about her because she is very skinny. I have tried So many different brands and she licks the juice but leaves the food. I decided to try Tiki. She slurped up 80% immediately. I am so happy. Now I have a food that she likes and can give her the meds she needs to be parasite free. Thank you Tiki!

Real quality food, but too much fish
This is real food, however my cat doesn't like fish that much and there is fish in every box. If they could make boxes exempt of fish, with beef, chicken, duck or liver I would give this 5 stars.
