He shows a deeper level of Christian concepts but more importantly, he shows you how to live it as Christ did. All this from the worst possible place.

I purchased this book after reading a library copy of the original printing. The author has such a profound way of expressing himself, that I found myself pondering on his writings. I desired a copy of my own, that I might study it and mark it up. I do not care for this version, as the editors have italicized key paragraphs that they deemed as 'significant'. It is messing with my enjoyment of his message. This is a book that should be presented as the author wrote it, and nothing more. Its message is precious and amazing. Let the reader decide what is most significant to him or her.

I won’t spend much time on this review. But I will say this was extraordinarily boring in the very beginning, but I pushed myself to read on. Now it is one of my all-time favorite books. I will read this many times over.

Very interesting book. It gives insight into the way others may be thinking. Also inspiring in learning about ourselves and how we might be more like Jesus Christ. I am enjoying reading it

This book was a waste of money. I read Starr Daily's book 'Love Can Open Prison Doors' several years ago and loved it. 'Release' is the very same book only with a lot less information. I had no idea I was buying 'Love Can Open Prison Doors' with a different title. I'm so very disappointed.

This book is a tremendous lesson on God's Love and how to love like God. I'll reread it again and again.

This book is life changing. I recommend it for anyone who feel like you're in a dry place.

Starr Daily offers an in depth narration of his experience in finding God and the road of misdeeds that led him to prison.This book is inspiring and thought provoking, especially if you seek guidance, the answer to God's existence, or simply to live a better life.

Leider ist mein Englisch nicht so gut - ich habe vielleicht 30-40 % verstanden, aber das hat mich total verändert. Nicht auszudenken was passiert wäre, wenn ich sogar 100 % verstanden hätte.Ich kann das Buch nur dringend empfehlen - aber Englisch sollte man irgendwie schon verstehen können.

I didn't like his style of writing. I ordered this book with great enthusiasm after it was endorsed by George Richie (Ordered to Return). I found Starr Daily's style laborious reading and I couldn't feel a connection with his writing. I found myself wandering off whilst reading. I wouldn't recommend this book.
