If you are in your car a lot and want an advance upgrade, this is a must have upgrade. It operates like an android tablet which gives you access to all the compatible apps from play store.Pros:1. For example, when volume key is assigned on the steering wheel the volume knobs on the radio don't work or sometimes both don't work. So I do not assign any keys and use the radio buttons.2. Poor installation instructions. It's only clear if you have done similar installation before.3. No feature to turn on rear camera while car not in reverse

Updated Review: I have revised my rating as I have been struggling with the device for several months now. Every few weeks the devices freezes and a message states, "UI has stopped working". On the next restart it states files have been corrupted and it prompts me to re-install the software.I have reinstalled the original software 5 times now and it works well for a few weeks before the process repeats all over again. I am at a loss as to what to do with this issue and I am tired of re-installing the software and resetting the configurations over and over again.Prior Review: I am very pleased with this product. I had some initial problems with the setup but the seller was able to help me through the process. The product is basically like having a Chromebook PC in your dashboard. I have installed several apps from the Google store such as Pandora, Waze, Google Maps, Podcast, Amazon Music, and all of these apps work pretty well through a hotspot connection on my mobile phone. It is a significant upgrade over the factory car stereo. One minor complaint I have is the radio signal is not very strong for stations I normally receive in the area. I may install a signal booster to the car antenna to address this issue.

Go to the Car Settings App and select SWC. Once on there select the icon that fits your steering wheel and then select the actual steering wheel button that matches the Icon within SWC. If the you see the Icon turn Blue and stay blue it worked. Otherwise it did not. I have a 2009 Camry LE and was able to get the Up/Down Volume and the Right and Left selectors to pair, but not the MODE. :(

this is a amazing product , good quality, low cost, easy installing making so many fun whenever driving and i'm still testing it to make sure that it is working on summer time in California temperature, i might found some bugs already such as USB functions not stable but i need to have more time for familiar it, overall this is very good buy for me to compete with $1500 oem unit9-14-19I just spent 2.5 day drove my Camry 2011 to NY (From S California) and then spent 2.5 days more back to LA (9-2-19 1PM left NY Franklin arrived 5PM LA 9-4-19) ,the Radio unit is very good , Using GPS all the time , watch 4 DVD movies , nice country music from the radio, the sound quality so great (bluetooth phone music working perfect, but cellular phone does have noise so I use only phone speakers)

Did not even last 1 year before some component burned inside and the display went kaput.

I've read reviews that made me sceptical about buying this radio but I'm very glad I gave it a go. It took awhile to install everything but it was worth it. The quality of the touchscreen is precise along. They provide everything you need to just plug and play. You will have to make decisions on where/how to run some wiring (gps/backup camera/microphone). This completely updated my son's car to have all the features a lot of newer vehicles have. The color was a shade or two off from the factory interior but you would have to be nitpicky to spot it. I would recommend this to anyone who would like to update their older Camry.

The main reason I bought the unit was for the hands-free Bluetooth feature. After installation the sound was completely unacceptable during a call. After many chat sessions and emails with the seller, they instructed me to buy another microphone and try that again. I did. It didn't help. I unplugged the external microphone and the call quality got better, barely acceptable. I mentioned to the seller that I was not 100% happy with the customer service and that I felt as though I discovered a "work around", which I feel I shouldn't have to do. The Seller implied that the microphone was provided was a "gift"..... There is still a problem with the unit, however I am tired of dealing with the Customer Service from seller.
