do I actually get rainbow dragon out of this?

You dont get the cards that are in the picture.

as shown on the picture, are those the same cards you are getting?

No. You get mainly just rares and a bunch of them are in german (at least the ones i got). When i priced them i didnt even break even

Does it have multiple duplicates?

It was very minimal in duplicates. They were there and there were a bunch of doubles of certain cards but no triples and quadruples. The variety was fair given the price.
