Not compatible with iphone
Product good quality and good sound, but after 2 minutes of being plugged into my iphone 7 with an adapter, a message comes up on the screen saying product is incompatible with my device, and it shuts off.

Good sound quality, poor equipment quality.
I supposed I expected too much. The headphones fell apart after a week. I am an adult and was using them at my desk at work.

Great product & seller is honorable
These are really comfortable ear buds. I had to return mine due to a small defect & they were awesome about returning it & they immediately sent me new ones. I will order again anytime I need them.

Stopped working after a week
They were fine until the sound went out in one earbud, and then the next day the other earbud.

After about 2 weeks the plastic breaks apart smh this has never happened to me and i wouldnt think it would hapoen to a 5 star item.
