It’s the Cables mannnn!
I can’t speak to durability, I just purchased the product but it has made a huge difference in my WiFi speed throughout the house. When most people upgrade their internet bandwidth, they are at a loss as to why their WiFi is still slow (me). I did some research and learned that plain old Cat 5 isn’t going to help you transfer that spanking new high speed to your WiFi. Cat 6 was an option but I felt Cat 7 gave me a little (a wee bit) of future proofing. These cables were the best value for the money and came in double packs, at least for lengths below 25 ft I believe. I had to reset some of my WiFi pucks in the house but the speed for streaming and gaming is 100% better. I’m finally getting the speed I paid for from the internet provider and I can stop cursing at them and my WiFi router manufacturer :)

We had Cat 6/6a for a long time, now it’s time to upgrade!
Length is ideal in making all your home wired connection from routers or switches to your hosts. Cable is made with a high durability flat texture as well as secure clips on the RJ45 connectors, as these will not pop out during data transmission. Rubber plastic flap that covers plastic clip for easy unclipping. Cat6a and Cat7 can both handle the same amount of data transmission speed but the main difference is the frequency in which they accomplish this. Cat7 has a higher frequency than the Cat6a. The frequency indicates how often the signal can pass through the cable. Since Cat7 can handle a higher frequency, it will be able to transfer data faster than a Cat6a cable. So even though they both can handle the same amount, one can transmit the data faster than the other. If you are purchasing a high bandwidth pipe from your ISP, don’t let your inside cabling slow you down and bottleneck your service. Upgrade to this quality made Ethernet cable.

Nice future proof high speed cables
I don't think there is anyone needing these for connections to the cloud over a modem, even with COX gigablast cat 5E will do it. My home is all wired with CAT 6 and has worked well. I'm starting to see some 10 gigabit stuff for home but not much yet. It will soon be here in the masses though for how fast technology is going. So it does not hurt to start getting things wired up for it when it makes sense. This is best when paired with an internal network all driven with 10 Gb hubs and NIC's. Otherwise, your just spending the money for possibly future proofing your setup for when the hardware becomes affordable enough to replace all what you have currently at home so you can make use of this high speed cable. If you find this review helpful please press the helpful button, thanks!

Exceptional cables
I wouldn't think I would get that excited about a cable, but these are so nice that they deserve to be noticed. The quality of these things is simply the best I've seen. The plugs and wrapped a metal housing and have robust strain-reliefs and are snagless, so you won't ever have to worry about the clips being broken off. The cable wire itself is heavy and will have no problem holding up to daily use. The cable is flat, which is nice, but not a big deal in my opinion. It does allow you to roll it up nice and neat, but that takes more time than I'm willing to invest. Still, they do make a statement.I will be using these to connect my laptop to our office LAN when I go into work.I highly recommend these cables; they are simply the best I've seen and the price cannot be beat for such exceptional quality.

Much more flexible than standard Ethernet cable
I use Ethernet cables in conjunction with powerline adapters to connect devices that are too far away from my home network Wi-Fi router for a reliable wireless connection, and I also travel with an Ethernet cable to make a wired network connection when I visit a family member who only has a wired network in his home. These DEFACE flat Cat 7 Ethernet cables are much more flexible than a standard LAN cable, so it is easier to route the cable around obstacles or behind furniture, and they easily roll up into a compact flat roll for travel or to tuck into your laptop bag for use at an internet cafe. The 6.5 ft DEFACE cables appear well made, with gold-plated RJ45 connectors and an easy-to-grasp rubber strain relief section where the cable joins the connectors. Although I lack the capability to test full CAT 7 throughput, I can confirm that these cables support a 1.0 Gpbs LAN connection between my Gigabit router and various laptop computers. As of the date of this review, the Amazon listing does not show a price, but unless the seller is asking for too much of a premium over standard cables, I will definitely consider buying more of these DEFACE flat Ethernet cables because they are much easier to carry and use than standard LAN cables.

Works great, love the flat profile
These cables work great. They connect and disconnect easily, and the flat profile makes this really nice for fitting along a desk or wall, but also efficient for rolling up and taking along in a briefcase. Not tons to say other than these worked perfectly out of the box. Very pleased with these cables.Let Amazon donate to your favorite charity! Good quality, great price!
These cables were bought to replace the old cat5e that was going from my modem to router. I also bought the 2meter cat7 to run from the router to the computer. I do some gaming and transfer speed is my concern.Needless to say that no sooner did I hook all these cat7 cables up that I noticed an immediate speed increase! Programs load faster. Updates download faster. More frames due to less packet loss. The construction of these cables is perfect. Flat cable design made running it to the computer easy. Good quality. The price was right and it's nice to see this cable class coming down in cost.

Muy buena calidad en materiales.
Le cable es de muy buena calidad y la estabilidad en la conexión es muy buena. Al ser cable plano lo pude colocar detrás de los muebles sin ningún problema. Nada estorboso.

Good cable.
Works well for gaming. My husband is satisfied. It is able to handle super fast internet speeds (Fibre 500). Only concern is how easily the cord can twist on itself if not secured properly. We live in a rental, so we're unable to secure the cord with the clips it came with. The clips must be nailed down. Instead, we taped it down on the floor, and the untaped parts can roll and twist fairly easily.
