These were fabulous! I used for Kiefer making homemade cheeses. My favorite was adding chopped up dried apricots and lemon zest. My second was herbs de Provence. These let the whey drain out and work very easily to release. Much better than ceramic from France.

These worked great for soft cheese! I love the heart molds!
I used the hearts for soft goats cheese and they worked great! I haven't used the larger basket yet. I put them all through my dishwasher and they didn't change shape. Great product and good quality material!

I bought this set of heart molds for making individual portions of soft cheeses. They are tall enough to get enough curd to get a cute heart shaped cheese.

Tiny. Not what I expected.
These molds are really small. You could probably buy something similar at the dollar store. Poor quality plastic. NOT worth the money.

The big one is easy to ise but the heart shaped arent easy to make a firm cheese.

It is as small as others have expressed
I wasn't surprised by the size, as I had read other reviews. To be honest, I wasn't looking for large ones, so these are perfect. The four little hearts are perfect for entertaining or just treating yourself. I can't wait to make the block. It's a great size and won't be too expensive to fill. I make vegan cheese, so it can be a bit pricey.
