Try it. See if it works for you!
First and foremost, this is a company that stands behind their products. Old School Labs goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. This is the primary reason that I am giving the 5-star review for this product. The fact that you can try something and have a hassle-free guarantee is something not very common in most industries. So now on to the results I have experienced. I had originally planned to wait a bit to update my original review, but felt that I have had enough time to give this product a good try. Everyone must remember that weight loss is not a sprint, but a marathon. They're no magic pills that will just cause the weight to fall off, so manage your expectations. Also, weight loss involves changing your life style and developing healthier eating habits. I started my weight loss journey on June 3, 2017. I weighed right at 200 pounds. At the date of this review 8/15/17, it has been just over two months. In the first month I lost almost 20lbs. I dieted and have stayed in the gym most days of the week over the summer. This product may have helped with some of that, but everyone is different. I started my 2nd bottle a few days ago and I have already added an additional 4-5 pounds. So I have lost approximately 25lbs in the time that I have been using Vintage Burn. I've had some minor slow downs at times throughout but then weight loss picks back up, not the usual slow down that often occurs. What are the ingredients in this product that may influence weight loss? According to the product description Vintage burn focuses on 3 main goals: weight loss, muscle preservation, along with focus and mood improvement. The ingredients are said to be premium and they are some of the more talked about weight loss ingredients. Remember, these are only possible effects. Green Tea Leaf Extract which provides two benefits โ antioxidants for better overall health of your cells, and increased metabolism through the activation of fat mobilization. This particular ingredient has been around a while, and is well documented in its weight loss and health benefits. Green Coffee Bean Extract which boosts your mood and focus while prompting your body to use fat and preserve the protein needed for lean muscle development and maintenance. This ingredient is a more recent in becoming a popular weight-loss supplement ingredient. This ingredient has been talked about on several television shows. Raspberry Ketones which help suppress your appetite and increase your energy, both crucial benefits if your efforts are going to pay off. This one I have also seen on some tv shows. Olive Leaf Extract which boosts metabolism through the mechanism of activating thyroid hormone, and also helps with post workout recovery. I've never heard of Olive-Leaf extract, but I know that that olives are not bad for you, so it may help. Caffeine which is well known to boost mood, metabolism, motivation, and energy. Caffeine is well studied and proven to increase metabolism, but those with certain conditions or sensitivities to stimulants should be careful. Bacopa Leaf Extract which boosts mood, keeps you focuses and motivated, and also blocks the slowdown of your metabolism as you lose weight. This one was a new one on me. Who knows? It may be beneficial Garcinia Fruit Extract which works to prevent the build up of fat storage by preventing the formation of new fat cells. It also helps curb carbohydrate cravings. This one is another one that has been featured on many tv shows. Chrysin which regulates your bodyโs estrogen levels, leading to increased preservation of lean muscle, which then leads to a higher resting metabolic rate. I've never heard of this one, but if it does what it says it would be great. Forskohlii Root Extract which encourages the breakdown of stored fats while leaving muscle intact. I've seen this one around, but I don't think it has been proven very effective alone, but maybe in combination with these others, some synergy may occur. So, did I experience any negative side effects? The short answer is no, but because of the stimulative nature of some of the ingredients do not take it too late in the day as it may interfere with sleep. I can tell you that for me this produced no noticeable stimulant effects. I never felt "wired" or anything. I also credit this product for allowing be to give up on sodas without the negative side effects of that. Looking at the ingredients I see nothing that would be particularly dangerous, but with anything like this you should always consult your doctor before starting a new product as everyone is different and some of this may be contraindicated for you. If you are in the market for a weight loss product. I can recommend this product for you, it may work for you. I hope it does. Since Old School labs stands behind their products, their is no financial risks, and everyone knows the risk of being chronically overweight. I wasn't initially impressed with the product, but since I have been on it longer, the results seem to pick up in pace. So give it a shot and see what happens, but remember this is only a first step. Lifestyle changes are necessary to maintain long-term weight loss, so get moving.

Vintage Burn is our Favorite!
My wife and I started taking Old School Labs Vintage Burn about month ago. From the first day of using this wonderful supplement we noticed a very clean and smooth energy throughout the day. No Jitters. No Stomach upset. We also noticed the mental focus and clarity that comes with taking Vintage Burn. We take one capsule in the morning and then one about 1 or 2pm. We started to enjoy our days more, accomplishing more because we had the mental focus and energy to take on the tasks of the day. We also noticed that we didn't get the afternoon feeling of needing a siesta. We absolutely love it. It is our favorite supplement. Additional benefits that came about in our own lives over the last month has been I gave up drinking 1-2 low or no carb energy drinks a day. And my wife gave up drinking coffee all day (she still enjoys a cup first thing in the morning). The savings in our budget more than pays for Vintage Burn. Without changing my diet or exercise program (paleo diet and walk briskly for at least an hour a day), after about 2-3 weeks I started to lose weight and inches from my weight. Iโve lost 8-10 lbs. depending on the day, 2 inches off my waist and feel great. I would suggest one does not take Vintage Burn within 6 hours of your planned bedtime as the extra energy has proven to myself a challenge to fall asleep at the desired time. The last thing I would like to mention is the team at Old School Labs is simply awesome! Fantastic, supportive and friendly customer service. They followed up with us after purchasing and checked in with us a few times. We also appreciate and support their open disclosure of what is in their products and use of pure, natural and clinically proven ingredients. I wish all companyโs could follow their values and be like them; what a better world we would live in. So yeah, I totally recommend giving Old School Labs products a try, especially Vintage Burn, our favorite!

Best supplement of its type that I've used thus far
I've tried everything under the sun, and this is one of the better pills. There are no miracle pills unfortunately, but this one is not a scam. I am a small person with a slow metabolism with a HUGE appetite back from my "big girl" days. I'm now down to 105-110lbs (depending on the week), and I'd like to stay small, but my appetite is still atrocious. I eat 800-1200 calories a day and really shouldn't have more than that for my size (I'm only 4'11'' with a slow metabolism, like I said) but it's SO hard to eat so little. I am very good about not snacking in between meals, doesn't bother me, but when I am eating a meal like dinner, it's SO hard to keep my portion sizes small. Even when I do, I tend to go back for seconds anyway. I've tried Garcinia Cambogia, Green Tea pills, and all sorts of stuff. Didn't really do much. I decided to try this because it was different, more expensive than what I usually go for (which I was hoping meant it was actually worth the price) and I'm very active (I'm a Crossfitter) and so when it said it helps burn Fat, not Muscle, I was like "what the heck." I finished a whole bottle over a month or 2, and recently bought a 2nd one. All I can say is, this pill is certainly helpful. It's not a miracle pill but I do find that when I take 2 before a big meal, I seem to metabolize it better/quicker/more of it... however that works. So if I know I'm going to be having dinner or going out, I take 2 beforehand and do find that it makes a difference. PROS: - small pills, easy to take - really does help metabolize food/burn fat while not sacrificing muscle CONS: - the directions aren't kidding when they say don't take it before bed. Caffeine and coffee don't usually have an effect on me late at night, but one time I took these after dinner instead of before (because I had forgotten), hoping it would still help metabolize the meal, but all it did was keep me up and restless ALL NIGHT. Don't take before bed, whatever this mix is, it keeps your body active and it'll be tough to fall asleep - DOESN'T SUPPRESS APPETITE. It claims to, but I've seen absolutely no affect. I don't feel full faster, or desire to eat less. Basically it doesn't suppress my appetite when I go into a meal any more than any of these other pills claim, so that sucks. It would really help if I could find something that really just KILLED my appetite so that I could eat a small portion of something and not still feel hungry... But at least it does do the 2nd part of the job, and the fat burner really does work from what I can tell, so at least that part of it works great where other pills still do nothing. TL;DR: doesn't suppress appetite, but does burn fat, so fair trade. It works well enough, noticeably, that it's worth it to me to go spend another $50 bucks on it, and to keep doing so until I no longer see it having an effect.

Great company, great product, great results....
UPDATE: 2/15/16 Vintage Burn continues to impress me! I've recently upped my workout game a bit and have begun to keep track of measurements and Body fat %. When I did my first bottle of Vintage Burn about 7 months ago- all I was doing was cardio and had great results! Now I am going to the gym 3-4 times a week for pretty intense sessions- the workouts started in the New Year, but I started taking VB again around mid January and have lost 11 pounds and 4% body fat as of today. I have a ton of energy all throughout the day and don't get tired as easily at the gym. Also, very glad to see I am still gaining muscle while cutting fat. Great product- gonna get my brother a bottle. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ I was skeptical at first as the last time I took a fat burner pill was about 17 years ago and there was the whole ephedrine thing going one. A friend mentioned Vintage Burn to me and after researching the product I came away being impressed by what I learned about; 1. The purity and transparency of the ingredients listed on the bottle. I try to live a pretty healthy lifestyle without a lot of chemicals and fake stuff going into my body. Old School Labs seems like a company geared for people like me. 2. The numerous claims of great customer service and effectiveness of the product I found online. A product that works well and as advertised is good. A product that works well and as advertised AND has the added benefit of a customer service department that actually cares and feels a responsibility to their customers is amazing. 3. The claims that Vintage Burn WAS NOT going to make me jittery or feel that it was hard to concentrate on anything. I now happily report after a solid 10 days of using the product, I am still a big believer of the Old School Labs! The product works as described and results are visible within about a week as long as you're exercising and eating healthy. The company really cares about you and believes in their product a great deal; the day after I received my bottle I received an email from an actual person from Old School asking me if I needed anything, had any concerns, or if they could help in anyway. Extremely diligent and effective the customer service department has worked with me and has gone the extra mile in making sure I was satisfied, informed and happy with my decision to go Old School. I will definitely be purchasing more products from Old School in the future.

not so sure
Preface to say I am a personal trainer, boot camp instructor and SFG kettlebell instructor. I've been working seriously on my physique since 2011. I have less than 20% body fat and a good deal of strength and muscle, but I have stubborn fat so it's time for me to go the extra mile and really dial it in. I'd like to look like a figure competitor, without the spray tan, lucite heels and $3000 rhinestone bikini. THAT SAID, I've only been taking Vintage Burn for a couple weeks so I haven't experienced any earth-shattering fat loss, but I do feel with this supplement I could finally reach my goal of losing the dreaded saddlebags. Here's why: 1. Appetite control. I eat my allotted calories and hit my macros easily without feeling like I want to dump the refrigerator down my throat at bedtime. 2. Energy. I train 5 days a weekโ3 days heavy and 2 days conditioning. My energy is high enough to complete my workouts, hit new PRs and still have energy left over to teach my classes, care for my kids and walk the doggies. 3. Mood. I am not a train wreck of out of control emotions on this product. I do feel focused and sharp, and like others reported, there are no jitters. 4. Taste. The capsules smell and taste (not that I'm chewing them or anything) sweet. They are a pleasure to take, you know, being pills and all. I can't say that for my B-12. 5. I can definitely tell they are doing something. They are not just capsules filled with lint and fluff. The ingredients help me work toward my goals. I was initially drawn to the packaging and design, bestseller status and the company's philosophy. $50 is a lot to shell out for a bottle of pills but I was informed by a competitive bodybuilder that a majority of female athletes use them to get in competition shape. I'm training for life, but also for a June photo shoot. I do think these will help and will report back if I get the results I am after. UPDATE: JUNE 29, 2016 I took two bottles of Vintage burn, never making it to 6 pills per day. In the end, I still have the same stubborn fat I did before, but I did like the appetite suppressing effect, which I wasn't about to part with. Upon researching the ingredients further, I found that green tea extract is the only one with any credibility. Guess what? For $35 less, you can buy green tea extract in 500 mg caps. 3 pills a day versus 6 will get you in the same ballpark, milligram-wise. 4 if you really want to go the extra mile. Frankly I can't fit that many doses of caffeine into my day. Anyway, I wish this could have been the magic I was looking for. I'm also exploring DIM, which helps to balance estrogen levels and could help decrease stubborn hip and thigh fat that so many women have.

"MUSCLE-PRESERVING FAT BUNER"
*UPDATED 2 OCT 2014* BACKGROUND: I have been working out about 10 years now. Knowing I would never gain the physique of a bodybuilder, I just wanted a "beach" body. I used to have a bad and unhealthy lifestyle growing up. It was to the point my parents signed me up for a gym membership, dragged me to the gym and forced me to work out for at least an hour. My god that ONE hour felt like days. I was overweight when I was a teenager, and I would purposely buy XXL shirts so it would not hug the love handles. At a height of 5'7, I was weighing around a sloppy 215+ lbs. Over the years of college then joining the military, I eventually engaged in a healthy lifestyle. Following numerous workout plans and diets, I want to say that I'm quite satisfied where I'm at today compared how I used to be, though I know I can do better. At one point I was down to 140lbs, but was not happy with my physique. I was skinny, toned and felt like any other little skinny average Joe out there. Strength drastically reduced, decided to start gaining. Now, the past few years, I've been sitting around 190-200, muscular physique but pudgy around my mid-section. Note that I enjoy cooking and love to eat, which doesn't help at times. PRODUCT REVIEW: I'm currently on a tour in Afghanistan, and been trying to put on clean weight since my arrival in country. I'm about past my half way mark and decided to start cutting. But with the lack of food options here and working a night schedule, a good diet is hard to come by. I, myself, am not really into fat burners. Last weight loss supplement I was satisfied with was OxyElite PRO by USP labs. After the FDA recall (back in 2010 I think?), the new reformulated product was a disappointment. It seems whenever a good product hits the shelves and gains popularity it is recalled by the FDA due to health concerns. But, there are numerous of chemical ingredients and additives in the food industry that are illegal in other countries, approved by the FDA and selling to the American people. Sorry to be off topic, but onto the product. What really caught my eye was the "MUSCLE-PRESERVING FAT BUNER" The thing I hated most about cutting weight is muscle loss, so decided to give this supplement a try. What I like about Vintage Burn is that I do not get the jitters following the "crash" later on the day. I feel more alerted and focused, without my heart beating so rapidly. I'm not a heavy caffeine user, only caffeine I intake is from a pre-workout supplement. Unlike OxyElite, I felt I wasn't pacing around on the tip of my toes for no particular reason. Suppression of appetite is there, but I feel I do not suffer from eating between meals. The instruction on the bottle reads to consume 2 capsules twice a day 30-60 minutes before meals. It advises to increase dosage 2 capsules three times a day for maximum results, which I will not be following due to my availability of food options and work schedule as previously stated. There are 120 easy to swallow capsules in one bottle, making it a total of 60 servings per 2 capsules. PROGRESS: Here, I will update my progress with the use of Vintage Burn. I'll provide weigh-ins as well as my thoughts with progress and results. I will not be able to provide body fat percentage since I do not have any way to measure with calipers or devices. Like any other weight loss supplement, in order to gain results, a proper DIET and EXERCISE should be followed. 29 JUN 2014 - Started to cut weight, finishing a muscle gain program, gradually adjusting diet for weight loss. Weight: Approx 203 lbs. 7 JUL 2014 - Received my bottle of Vintage Burn, along with other supplements to accommodate with in the program (Animal Pak, Multi-Vitamins, CLA, Whey Isolate), started using Vintage Burn as directed. 12 JUL 2014 - Started a new workout program from Bodybuilding.com, 30 DAYS OUT, Craig Capurso's Extreme Cut Trainer (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/30-days-out-craig-capursos-extreme-cut-trainer.html). 19 JUL 2014 - Weight: 192 lbs. That's more than 10lbs in 12 days. I've already noticed a slight increase in definition in my upper chest, arms, shoulders and legs. It only feels like I've slimmed a bit in my mid-section, but still pudgy in the mirror. I will start taking measurements for self-reference. I'm really satisfied with the results I've noticed so far. 22 JUL 2014 - Decided to try out some body fat calculators online. Though it may not be as accurate as an BodPod or with the use of calipers, I figured a measuring tape and a standard formulated calculator will be a good way for me to track my progress. Abdominal (widest): 36.6 inches Neck: 15.8 inches Height: 67 inches --- Body Fat: 22.23% per US Navy Formula 2 aug 2014 - Received my second bottle of Vintage Burn, and two orders of Vintage Build. Started to use Vintage Build 1 scoop per day after my workout, 1 scoop upon waking up on non-training days. 7 AUG 2014 - I finished my first bottle of Vintage Burn today, and completed the last workout session of the program I've been following the past 30 days. I weighed in today after my workout at 188lbs. That's 6 lbs off my last weigh in. Going to continue onto the second bottle, along with diet and exercise. Visually, I'm noticing slight definition in my arms, shoulders, upper back and legs. My lower chest, which I've been focusing on the past couple months, is losing it's man-boob shape and flattening. Over the years I've been focusing too much on upper and mid chest. My abdominal area appears to have slimmed down a bit, and my co-workers have been complimenting on the weight I've lost. 8 Aug 2014 - So before I go about my day, and take a two (maybe three) days of resting before starting a new workout plan, decided to take some measurements. Again, I've used a Body Fat Calculator online formulated by the US Navy. Abdominal (widest): 35.6 inches Neck: 15.8 inches Height: 67 inches --- Body Fat: 20.39% I've lost an inch off my abdominal area, and dropped 2% body fat. At this rate I'm satisfied with the results, but I still have ways to go. Staying on track and maintaining consistency will only get me there. 2 OCT 2014 - So I've completed two bottles of Vintage Burn, and still working on my second bottle of Vintage Build. My Co-workers have been saying that I look *skinny* than before when we arrived in country. I weighed in today at 177 lbs. I was actually shocked on how much weight I've lost. My mid section looks leaner than before, and my muscles look more defined than they were months ago. I do plan to bulk when I return stateside and winter is around the corner. I will be definitely ordering another around of Vintage Burn when it's time to start cutting. *I will update more as I progress*

AMAZING PRODUCT! A+++
I must admit that I was extremely skeptical when I bought this product. I have used Fat Burners previously to either kickstart a diet or to get rid of that list little bit of pudge over my abs before going to the beach. The last time I used a Fat Burner was about 2 years ago, and it was such a waste of money that I promised to never buy Fat Burners again. HOWEVER, after gaining a few (or 25 lol) extra pounds and reading the reviews of Old School Labs, I decided that I would give Vintage Burn a whirl. I am absolutely amazed by this product. There is no such thing as a miracle pill, but this thing is about as close as you can get. It doesn't irritate my stomach if I take the product without food. I have great energy that lasts all day. However, it just feels like I'm really rested and energized. It doesn't feel like a cracked-out synthetic energy which a lot other Fat Burners have. As for appetite supression, I have noticed that I am not as hungry. I wouldn't necessarily describe it as a supressed appetite, though. It's more of a feeling that I'm more in touch with when I need to eat. I eat when I'm hungry, but I don't have the desire to eat otherwise. The product works so well for me throughout the day that I rarely need to take an afternoon dose. The only adverse side effect that I experienced was slight diarrhea for the first 3 days of taking the product. My stomach never felt sick or irritated, but I did have somewhat frequent diarrhea. My body adjusted, and I haven't had any issues since. Like I said, I usually only need one dose to get me through the day, so I think this bottle will last me for the better part of 2 months. If I am not where I want my body to be at that point, I will definitely buy another bottle. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!

Great for me!
I like this product - plain and simple, and I don't use this all the time - just those times I'm trying to achieve a particular BMI - typically during the summer for the "beach body" everyone wants to have. And I don't use as directed due to my intolerance for too much at one time. For me, one capsule twice a day is my go-to dose, but I have used a two capsule dose in a day - early morning before breakfast and after workout, then one at lunch well before an afternoon workout. Any more than that kind of brings my heart rate up a little more than I like during workouts, and sometimes gives me a little trouble falling asleep at night. Now, I'm not a professional athlete or bodybuilder, so from a self proclaimed, "workout enthusiast," here's my feeling on the product. 1st, this another good quality product from Old School. I don't use all of their products, but the ones I have used I've found to be great for me. As for Vintage Burn, I think this product is a good "ASSIST" supplement. By that I mean the obvious - it will help with trimming the fat AS LONG as there is a solid meal and workout plan. How I interpret this product does well for me is the amount of energy I have when I take it. It's phenomenal how I feel during the day with this supplement. No shakiness, or any anxiety related feelings. I just feel READY to get something done whether it's a workout, or just having the 'get-up-and-go' through a day's time. So, with that said, it just feels like I have the fuel to get through a workout at premium levels especially during an aerobic activity for extended times. Using Vintage Burn well before a workout, and using Vintage Blast as a pre-workout nitric oxide booster make me feel as though I can, for example, run faster for longer on the treadmill, or swim faster for longer as well as hitting the weights and getting through that with sufficient energy and stamina to complete it all. The results? I wore a 32/34 pants size my senior year in high school - that was over 33 years ago. That size is my 'fat jeans' size now as I wear a 31/34 at 52 years of age when I'm consistancy working out. I truly believe Vintage Burn helps me achieve this when coupled with a proper diet and exercise plan. The 4 star rating? Sorry Old School. Prices could be better, but I'll continue to be customer nonetheless.
