It does help hair growth! I've used almost the whole bottle, and instead of taking one a day, I'm taking 2. My hair has grown 3" in 35 days! And my skin does look healthy and is glowing. My nails on the other hand are still brittle, and are NOT growing, but that's alright considering I wanted it for hair growth! If you want maximum results, in 1 month, you have to take 2 a day and not what is prescribed! I will probably buy this product again unless I find something that works better!

I am liking this product. My nails are noticeably stronger. I can't wait until I take it all, possibly, means no more fake nails! I have notice a slight difference in my hair but I only have a week in. I believe if you put good things in good things come out! I already have my daughter taking it too. She is seeing a difference too. I would recommend this product. Good things come in small packages, give it a try, you'll love it.

Been using it for about a week now.....my nails aren't as flimsy.....really cant wait to look at them after a few weeks of use!
