TruffleHunter - White Truffle Honey - Acacia Honey Condiment - 4.24 Oz

I purchased this along with a black truffle one from another seller to compare. This was the clear winner! It is subtle, not overpowering, and almost a creamy flavor. Truffles generally are a strong flavor and smell, but this was pleasantly mild, still giving a rich taste. If you’re a foodie like me, this was excellent quality and a great value for the asking price. It was clear with no crystallization and easily drizzled off the butter knife and spread smoothly. I gave this recipe in my review for the black truffle - if you slice thin a French baguette or a nice sourdough and lightly toast, then spread a nice layer of mascarpone and drizzle this generously over the cheese, you just might float straight to the pearly gates!

My favorite! I use this for my charcuterie boards and also drizzle it over baked Brie and people can’t get enough. It’s delicious.

I really love the taste of truffle and have tried several different condiments infused/flavored with truffle including oil, salt, ketchup, hot sauce, and balsamic glaze. I find that truffle infused or flavored products are hit or miss, either the truffle flavor is prominent and done well or it just completely missed the mark and you can’t really taste it. I wanted to purchase truffle honey for a charcuterie board after trying it at a friends but I didn’t know the brand my friend used which was really yummy paired with cheeses, crackers and jams/spreads. There are several on the market and some are pricier than others. This one was a definite hit. The truffle flavor is notable without being overpowering, you can smell it as soon as you open the jar (in a good way!). I used it as a drizzle on ricotta topped crostini and it was delicious. A bit of a higher price point but worth it in my opinion and the jar will last you a while. If you like the taste of truffle I would highly recommend, it’s a unique product with various uses. Packaged and shipped safely without issue. Will definitely be purchasing again once this jar runs out!

Smells and taste amazing. It is not too much so its overpowering, but not too faint. It did however come busted open. The packaging seemed great' but still it managed to spill out of the lid and all over the box. Quite the aroma lingered.

This is the finest honey I’ve ever tasted. It is a delight to the palate. I just ordered and received my second bottle. It has a rich texture, exact viscosity, and the flavor explodes in your mouth. I will definitely continue to use this awesome honey.

I love all things truffle. Unfortunately, it’s expensive & can be hard to find. I recently bought this honey & I love it. It’s not too overwhelming in truffle flavor, but still distinctly there. You can see the small truffle pieces on the bottom. I do wish I could find a white truffle honey in squeeze bottle form, only because I try to use the honey sparingly, & using a knife from the jar can quickly get messy or wasteful. It’s hard to determine which of the many truffle honey products on Amazon are actually good. This is well priced & still has great flavor. My go to snack is a slice of sourdough toast, drizzled with truffle honey, topped with thinly sliced cheese (aged Gouda, Kerrygold Skellig cheese, unexpected cheddar from Trader Joe’s, or sliced goat cheese & green apples).

The jar leaked. Bothe inside and outside was covered in honey. The seller replaced the leaky jar right away. Very happy with the solution and the product is delicious!!! Thank you.
