Sturdy but not a lot of fin flex
I like these were a color I enjoy. They are adjustable and did not cut into my skin when kicking. They have little to no flex though in the fin which made kicking a little difficult at first. I feel like my feet were kept at the top of the water and had trouble lowering them to kick under or have my body at a angle.
