Very firm but my neck feels great when I wake up now.

I've been searching for a good pillow to help with my migraines. Unfortunately, this pillow didn't work for me. I woke up with a stiff neck (I'm a back sleeper, if it matters) several mornings in a row and gave up. Also, I didn't find the holes to make it that much cooler than similar memory foam pillows I have tried/own.

LOVE this pillow!! Had one before and needed to replace it!! Only 1 problem - when it is warm, the pillow does not stay as firm but still works.

It was quite interesting. The shape is great. I found I did reach a deeper sleep but also found it gave me the worst headaches. They would be horrid in am and stay with me all day. I returned it and headaches went away. It's just too hard and doesn't give room for nerves in neck to not be squashed resulting in migraines. Oh and I gave this thing almost a month thinking it was an adjustment period. It wasn't!

very happy with this pillow. It is just the right amount of firmness without being to hard or soft.

The pillow is on the firm side but I sleep well with no neck aches.
