I've used Burns for years on many dogs, so I expecteded it to be good. I can't rate the flavour, as my dog can't tell me and considering what else she eats, the fact she likes it, doesn't really tell me how tasty it is! 😀

The pup came with a Skinners product recommended and after a few bags of it we felt he could do with a change and purchased the Burns duck and potato. We're very pleased with the result as his coat has an amazing shine to it. We have previously had great results with our 18 monther when she was a pup last year on Burns puppy kibble.As an Amazon Prime customer attempting to buy an Amazon Prime product I can't say the same! I appreciate this is isn't the place to discuss poor delivery but I cannot contact them in any way about this. The 1st order was stated as 10 days and arrived after a couple which was fine. The present order has been live for a week now and was due delivery yesterday, but has now somehow disappeared into the system, whilst my pup also ran out of kibble yesterday. I do not use internet deliveries and Amazon Prime out of laziness, I use it because I can't buy these items in a shop anywhere within over 100 miles of where I live! Come on Amazon this is poor! Prime is supposed to be next day, it often isn't for some reason, but a week then disappears into the system lost? No!

Bought as a last resort as my two 23 week old pups had tummy upsets after eating all other dry foods that we tried. I stated them on burns hoping that would work, it did sort of but not 100%, as I only had a very small bag, went online to price a larger one, and then by accident came across the grain free one. Pups have been on this for about a month now, and this one seems to be working. This is the food for them!!

Burns food is excellent in all ways. However, bag of puppy food split through both layers so clearly an issue with Amazon storage facilities or packing into box. Will not use. Can’t seem to get a replacement which is disappointing and v inconvenient.

Tried my flatcoat puppy on grain free and he took a mouthful and spat it out. Prefers original.
