I use this at our monastery to hold resins to burn. You can use it for a burner, but this is its best use for us.

It is very nice looking, but it didn’t include the screw that enables you to screw the knob to the cover. It defeats the purpose without it. I can’t find one in a hardware store. I contacted the seller and they told me to to contact Amazon. All this over a screw! I have no alternative but to return it.Addendum: I returned it as mentioned above. The new one arrived with all the correct parts and has worked out very well. For my purposes, it is ideal. I don’t use it to its advertised purpose. I am a handicapped retired professor and an omnivorous reader. I often need to note passages in books, requiring bookmarks. For that purpose, I use small metal bookmarks that slip on pages. The unit I purchased is a very nice attractive place to store the bookmarks by my chair. Indeed, it is ideal.

It is very pretty but it is very small. You can burn cones in it but you have to do it with the lid off. It is not wide enough to burn coils in. If you burn sticks, some ashes will fall out.

Way too small. Can not hold HEM cones with lid on.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a gift for my roommate. She is more than excited about how gorgeous this burner is. It is nice an weighted and the design allows the incense smoke to come out of the top beautifully! You will not be disappointed with this buy.

I feel it’s very well made and cute, but the picture is misleading on its true size. I would not have purchased it.you can not use it with the lid on due to the small shallow burner. It’s crafted we’ll stick stands up well but ashes fall everywhere but none in side due to the circumference. I’m giving it to a child to hold her play rings. I’m attaching photos to give people a better understanding of the true size. It is lovely just not for the intended purpose. I’m not sure why I keep receiving questions about it’s smell. It didn’t come with incenses so maybe it just a basic question. It does look like brass the call it brass but it’s not I didn’t expect it to be due to the price. Beautiful piece just beware the actual size.

It is a very nice look piece but it’s too small. Wouldn’t even fit a standard coil incense. Very disappointed.
