Sandal Original Hawaii Beach Black Slides

I ordered these in a size 11 in a brown color for a toga costume for my fiance, unfortunately they were too small and I wrongly judged the color. So I started a return process and got these. These are perfect. Exactly as described. If you're debating on sizes, definitely go up.For reference my fiance wheres a 10.5-11.5 depending on the shoe. The 11 were WAY to small. The 12 fit perfectly. I wear an 8.5 in women and the 11s were BARELY too big. I could have easily wore a 10 in these.

I have had mine for about 20 years and they still are like new. My sister-n-law wears them everyday to work in her garden and they are dirty but still good. They are really comfortable also. Mine are the brown ones. The black are nice but I think the brown shows the design better.

My feet tend to swell a bit in the hot weather, so these are tighter then and not as easy to slip on and off. On the other hand, on days that they fit well, they are very comfortable even though they are plastic. Also, they are nice to wear on a wet and rainy day because you don't have to worry about getting your shoes wet. Unfortunately, because they are plastic, there is no give in the top band.

I have always loved these sandals for the beach, pool, and as slippers during the warm months. The shape is perfect for my foot. However, these are clearly not made of the same material as the ones I am replacing. These are definitely not the solid rubber I have been walking on for the last 15 years, and I suspect these will not last nearly as long either.

I usually wear a women's size 8.5 wide shoe. I ordered the size 9 to make sure that there was enough width, as a result the sandals are just a little bit long--but that usually happens when I order a half size larger so no complaints. The shoe is comfortable and the rubbery material gives good traction on the sole and inside the sandal. The rubbery material is also "squishy" enough (not too firm, not too soft) so that my shin splints don't bother me when I wear them for long periods of time.

I fell in love with these when I was in Hawaii a few years ago. I have worn my brown ones to death and am glad to get them in black. Great for wet climates like my Florida summers....and soooo comfortable. I wear a women's 10 and the 10 fits perfectly. The seller shipped immediately and I received my order much earlier than was predicted. Plus.....if you kayak or go boating....these float!

Hubby wears a 10 1/2 and these 12's were too small. They are very narrow. Haven't tried a hair blower on them yet to stretch them out. I am tempted to get some for myself tho because I want a pretty lavender or pink or green shoe. Just order them at least a size larger....if the hairblower trick works

The description said to order one size larger than your normal size. The length comes out OK doing that, but they run narrow. I normally get standard width shoes and these are a little tight. It seems to me that the first strap may stretch as you wear it and get it wet so they will likely be OK as they get broken in. But if you don't like your shower/beach sandals tight, I recommend going 2 sizes up. They do the job for me at one size up.
