I mostly use it for returning packages to Amazon and the labels have gone through the pickup drivers scanner everytime.You need this eventually.Printing labels from my phone wherever is actually funny.

Once you learn how to use it it does very well for what it is.The big issue I have with it is it freezes sometimes before it goes into standby and you either have to let the battery run all the way down (days), or take it apart and disconnect the battery pack. Not designed to be taken apart so be confident if you try (I'm an engineer).

Idea is good, but the software is awful, downloaded label templates don't work without tweaking. There is no auto wrapping of text. To even access downloadable templates you need to use an insecure connection. Software is slow, hard to use on a small screen and very annoying.Good idea, but needs a lot better software.

Not a bad little smart printer.Purchased from Amazon Warehouse, so I knew it was a returned item.It’s a shame it didn’t have it’s instructions in the box, however I used Google & found some hints, tips & YouTube videos to help.It prints good labels once you learn how to use it correctly.

Perhaps I was just unlucky, but I find the print quality to be terrible. With the font at the default size in Arial it is very difficult to read on a 50mm x 25mm label. Really wanted to like this product as am a fan of Thermal printing but perhaps need to look at others.

I bought this printer to use while away to print postage labels for parcels to be sent via the Royal Mail. However, the Post Office will not accept them. I tried more than one Post Office. Printer of no use to me.

It maybe a great printer but I will never know, the iOS App is really, really poor - error messages are a bad joke - avoid it unless you enjoy a challenge

Bought this to use in my business. Brilliant,easy to set up and use. Only down side is Puqu own labels are expensive compared to others. Other than that great bit of kit!
