Had this about a week. Took a few days to start using it. I had been taking the carnitine pills for 3 -4 days with no result. Looked it up and found I was taking too small a dose. Also learned the liquid form works better. I read the reviews and was afraid this stuff would be nasty. But was pleasantly surprised: I actually like it. Now today I see results. It's making me burn fat. Not cheap but I now think it was worth every cent. Update: not sure about that. Scale may be broken.
