Q: I have a duo-therm dometic modle #57915-531 plug and play unit will this unit fit and does have plug and play will I need anything more to go with it.

You shouldnt have to charge it if its new check the settings if you have to send it back

You need the ductless version. The ac comes with the ceiling mounted controller. The heater requires an additional heat strip
