Some assembly required...
The ballast was a relatively quick replacement; I had to remove my light bulb contacts from my old ballast ant re-install them on the new one. It took some careful prying to keep from breaking any tabs, but I was able to successfully do it, and it mounted right up, and worked first shot out of the box.

News Flash - New Ballast Corrected Old Ballast Failure
It was exactly as I had expected. Arrived on time and worked perfectly. My old ballast of 5 years had died. This gave the light new life.
