Just exactly what I was looking for. It is somewhere in the golf ball size range. The ball itself is extremely firm, even with a lot of pressure on it. It's for really getting in and "working" areas. If you've never used one this firm, it may take some getting used to. This little ball means business. It's not for a gentle foot massage like most of the other spiked balls I've tried on Amazon.

About golf ball size which is what I wanted. It's a little spikier than some of the larger balls. It's also a very hard ball - there's no give when using it. I love it.

What makes this really work is the hardness of the ball enabling a good foot massage.

This is perfect. I was looking for something this size that was extra firm and wouldn't give. I have terrible knots all over my body (hands, neck, shoulder, feet). This is pretty much hard like plastic. I currently have this and a lacrosse ball and actual marbles that I'm using for my knots. This is great for the value and exactly what I was looking for.

Oh these are great for feet and hands.

I recently received the saj ball, and while at work I decided to try it. First, I thought it was a bit small, but it’s perfect. The size allows you to work under the toes, the ball of the foot, the arch, and the heel individually. It’s also perfect for: the office, travel and home. The spikes are very stimulating and soothing. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a break to soothe their tired feet.
