I typically take one capsule with coffee, but you may need to take two for it to be most effective. I've noticed a difference in memory, focus, energy and motivation, and being able to get through various tasks during the day while dealing with mental challenges.

Hello im someone who has special needs. These help out so much. my memory has improved. My speech problems have improved to a point that it stops. It's just crazy how much I remember. The only downside I got a headache but that goes away after a while. Also eat before using helps to. thank you

Gives u headache dont know why but taking only capsule a day after breakfast and notice it gives u sometimes half head headache on left side and sometimes full headache after 2 or 3 hrs of taking this medicine it relax ur mind no doubt but with headaches dont think so it worth found it very strange u feel relax even u had headache so
