Q: What size meatballs does this make in ounces?

I've never weighed them. The large one is Swedish meatball size (about the size of a large walnut) and the smaller one Italian meatball size (pettole). It took me a while to get used to using them, but basically it's down to the wetness or dryness of the mixture.

Q: Does this product work with ice cream?

I haven’t tried it on ice cream but it seams it will. I use it for cakepops

Q: Those this product work for cake pops?

I bought these to make cake pops and I didn't like them. Maybe they can work for you but they didn't work for me.
